JDM h22a swap w/ LSD tranny
dc sports header
solid motor mounts
2.25 exhaust
aem CAI
chipped p28 ecu (soon to be home to a hondata unit)

so... just around 230 crank hp,,, in a 2300lb car =)

yeah the thig pulls really hard, it chirps in 3rd and thats with us being easy on the thing. i am hoping for a mid 13 with the setup... we are actually raising the car up to near stock height with some tokico coilovers and maybe getting rid of the TSW rims for some stockers... and painting the c/f hood.... can you say sleeper... zzzZZZ

The problem with honda boys is that there is about a 1 in 20 chance of the car being done for performance purposes...as for all the others they are either a) left bone stock with no modifications or b) all show no go.

Major props to that Honda owner, its clean, no lame body kit and it actually has performance mods.

did he do any suspention to the car when doing the swap? :

the car already had full suspension work done with a melee of stock GSR and SI parts... now its going to get tokico coilovers and that should help out immensel... its actually a lil too low as it is right now...

yeah... this car is definately about speed... now if it was AWD, he could prob actually get traction... LOL =)

well being NA hes not goin to brake Traction at high RPMS's like high boost does on a GST. being Fast NA is one thing hondas are really good at no doubt.

there is a local guy that lives 30 minutes from me who has done more than 1 mid engine RWD setups with H22 in Del Sols. pretty sick if you ask me, he turboed one and was runnin 12s at like 9psi and was at like 2100lbs. sickness if you have the money to do it right. 1 out of about 20 hondas are clean, just like paranoid said. clean, fast hondas are :thumb: with me

sick..i swapped an h22a in my 4th gen accord. it was a sleeper, real clean too. lowered with tinted windows and vtec prelude wheels. i loved it..and so did the chevy extreme blazer that plowed it from behind. then i woke up and got a dsm. #### runnin high 14's and spending almost 10 grand for everything. im happy with my 1990 FWD tsi that ran a 14.5 with just an o2 dump and gutted cat.

I got a friend who did the same swap, 92-95 civic hatchback. Pulls really nice but it only put down a 13.9 which don't get me worng is very good, but the amount of money and effeor taht went into it. oh well I guess that is why I drive a DSM because I like to keep my stock motor.

Do you still have the dyno sheets? Pop them up here. :)

Very nice dj! My sister and brother-in-law just got done putting a H22/H23 hybrid into a CRX. Oh yeah, and a PTE turbo (50-trim I think). Where'd you get the LSD tranny? My sister said they were getting one (or did already get one) for theirs, but I forget where from.
