anyone have any tips or warnings on problems they ran into putting a CF hood on a 2G? i know it should be pretty straight forward, i just gotta make sure the hood latch lines up right and drill my hoodpin holes. whats the best way to drill it, use a small bit then bigger one, or just do it once?

Guy on here from carbonwerks just posted about this not too long ago. Should be able to find it on search. Drill a small pilot hole first then size up.

I'd drill the hood first then use those holes to drill pilot holes on the rad support or wherever on the chassis you're installing the pins onto. You probably want to put masking tap on the spot where you'll be drilling too to protect the hood a little in case the bit gets away from you. The tap will also allow you to draw and mark on it after you measure out the exact spot to drill.
