I don't have photoshop. But I do have SONY's PIXELA Imagemixer, which came with our didgital camera. All I did was copy the pic into paint, saved it, then brought it up in PIXELA. Just clicked to edit the pic and adjusted the brightness and contrast. Then just converted it into JPEG format.

i went overboard and tried to get rid of the lense flair and make the headlights look off and some other stuff
