whats up guys, well i've searched and searched and i've finally have found a ballpark idea as to were i'm going with the 6 bolt i plan on building.....Baiscally my goals are to hit about the 550hp mark if not, more, but still have it as a daily driver (although it will most likely be a weekend warrior). I was hoping, that you guys can go over my parts list and give me any advice that might help me. Another issue is that this will be my first actual build so i dont want anything extremely complex, but i want something that will give me good results as a light to light motor but mostly up top...Heres my parts list..

**keep in mind, i would like the motor to be able to rev to about 7500 or so**

Engine:
*6 bolt block w/crank(what do you guys recommend, stay as a 2.0 or go with a 2.3 stroker?)(should i bore the block?? if so to how much)
*Weisco pistons (i was leaning towards an 8.5 compression, but if i go with the stroker, what do you guys recommend)
*Eagle Rods
*1g head w/ crower springs and retainers (unless you guys recommend otherwise.....should i do some sort of titanium, which i heard are good for high revs)
*3g lifters
*metal oem headgasket (or should i do cometic)
*ARP bolts all around
*BS removed

Fuel:
*850 injectors
*walboro 255 fp
*aeromotive afpr w/gauge

Tubo:
*ported 2g manifold (still debating on a tubullar)
*FP3065 or FP3052 turbo(still reading on this)
*tial 44mm wastegate with tube going back into exhaust

Electronic/Tunning:
*DSMlink (which i already have)
*Eloctronic Boost Controller

Tranny:
*stock tranny for now, with possibly some lsd inserts


Like i said, i would like for the car to be a fast car from light to light, but mostly a monster on the highway. I would like to also rev to about 7500 (if the tranny permits)...i still have some time to save to buy all these but i want to start getting advice. Feel free to add or subtract any parts you might find useful or crappy. Thanks

A LSD insert isnt gonna last long at 550 hp

i might just end up putting a complete lsd diff in it once i get the tranny out, but that'll be later on....my concern now is mainly the motor/turbo/fuel setup, i'll get the the lsd and tranny down the road...

Dont do a 2.3 if your FWD.

hmm...any particular reason why i shouldnt?

because torque and fwd DOES NOT got well together

*Weisco pistons (i was leaning towards an 8.5 compression, …) 8.5:1 will allow for a little more “safe” boost, 9:1 will give you better off-boost response. Both would work so make your choice.
*Eagle Rods As long as they measure correctly, they are OK( I’ve seen too many sized wrong and gave up on using them especially when there are better H-beam rods available)
*1g head w/ crower springs and retainers High performance springs are a good choice but there are better springs than Crower available.
*3g lifters Absolutely
*metal oem headgasket (or should i do cometic) Both would do the job for your goals but if you choose Cometic go with the HP one.
*ARP bolts all around Good idea but it makes the align hone of the mains and use of a torque plate even more imperative.
*BS removed Absolutely!

Tubo:
*ported 2g manifold (still debating on a tubullar) EVO manifold is the best bang for the buck. Good material, long lasting, sized right for most applications out there.

No LSD insert. They are huge pieces of shit. Get a Quaife.

i could still bore the block a lil without it actually being a stroker motor right??
