Well all you guys and girls in west michigan i have been planning this for months. Trying to meet every dsm person around and get them interested. And now i have taken on help to get this up and running. Me with the help of a friend, Agent11br, and blackgsx2g we will be making a "group/club" for local dsmers. I would like this to stretch from down in K-Zoo to all the way up into around Comstock Park maybe farther.

At todays meet we talked about several things that we could do as a group of dsmers. Its looking like alot of things can happen for us. We have a awd dyno in G.R., we have 2 drag strips and 2 road courses all within moderate driving distance. There is a shop in Grand Haven where we can meet and have a BBQ.

So its looking like this is something that can become very serious. Now all we need is for support from local dsmers. And just to let you know that I am serious about this I had my girlfriend make a sticker/logo for the club. We are also planning a web site. Anyway this is the picture that we have.

And to add to that I would like all people interested in this to please send me some contact info and what car you drive. We talked and do not want to limit this to a t/e/l thing. Evos will be allowed and 420a's too . Anyway thanks for your interest.

Sweet...looks like we got some good interest.

Once we get our meets/events schedule more stable, we can post it on the events calander here...I know of some people way up-state that would be interested in dyno days and track days.

I sent messages to a few other local guys that haven't posted in the Kalamazoo meet threads...hopefully they are up for it as well.

thanks for the intrest guys. i am was waiting for so long b/c i didn't want this to be like a i want to start a car club what do i need sort of thing. i looked into what i like to do (car related) and started finding stuff. i waited till i actually had the stuff it takes to make a club/group successful and not boring. anyway maybe we can start a aim chat room that is up all the time.

Are all of you guys driving your cars right now, or do you got winter beaters??
Mine wont be back out for a few months........

I always thought we should of done a AWD and/or turbo club...ie..DSMs,EVOs and WRXs

I guess I'll be rollin the AT in the club, but I'm not puttin no sticker on my car

Understandable...if I had a show car I wouldn't drive it in the winter either. Some people have their cars in storage/broken others have them out. The first few meets are just to get ourselves organized and to meet one another. Once people start getting their cars out, we'll be doing more.

im rocking my beater right now. and we plan to have meets all over west michigan. i think trips should be for everyone not just making one group/city make a trip.

thats fine. stickers are optional. although it would only be maybe a inch tall and 4-5 wide.

when summer comes around you can count me in
