Hehe... hooray for new toys. here is getting me getting setting up the new smile of my car...

and it mounted =) fits just perfectly. yonaka intercooler (core (24x12x3)) with the inlets and outlets ported out.

and last one, here you can see part of the upper i/c pipe i made. NOTE: this is my first weld job ever. looks decent enough tho.

ps - i still need to retap the pipe for my nitrous. d'oh

yeah. it took me awhile to get all the pipes done with beads. i chose to do long route piping over short route because of the size of the intercooler, so it took a bit... here is a pic of the lower i/c pipes

Looks good!

I'm in the process of doing lower jaw surgery :p my undertray project is halfway done.

CF hood and a new roof and windsheild should be first on that list jesse. get one for me too (cf hood) LOL

did u get slim fans?
 
How did you mount the lower braqckets to your car? I know it might be different but they look to be in the wrong place to install this thing on my 2G....
 
u should paint the pipes, or even better powder coat them, bare welds tend to rust quickly.
Just letting you know from experiance. :dsm:
