What's up everyone in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area. It seems like there isn't much in the area going on. We should have a DSM meet.

I actually own a hoagie shop in Swoyersville. It's right off Wyoming Avenue and extremely easy to locate. If your familiar with the "Market St. - Wyoming Ave. cruising area, you may already know how to get there... We could do like bring a DSM get a free hoagie day. haha

I don't see many TEL's roaming these streets any more. I know a few people that have them in hiding. So if you have one in hiding bring it out, it'll get you a free lunch.


Saturday September 3 2011 between 11-1pm if you bring your Talon, Eclipse, Laser, or even an EVO to Bingo's Hoagies 503 Slocum St. Swoyersville PA you'll get one free regular Italian hoagie.

If you have a TEL towing a spare TEL you can have two free hoagies haha.

If you don't have a DSM you could still come out and have some great food and see some nice cars.

If free food doesn't get some DSMers off their asses I don't know what will...

Thanks for the meet and greet! I wish more dsms would have showed up but as word spreads hopefully this can be turned into something. Food was awesome and even if it wasn't free the food is excellently priced! Its almost priced for us poor dsmers. Jimmy and I had a good time and just the drive there and back was even worth it on rt 115 up past the old race track. Good luck with your 2g. Sounds like that thing is gonna be the death of you.

No doubt We should shoot for the first week of October there is a car show in Nanticoke called droptoberfest.

They had an scca event last year IN THE RAIN!! I miised that part though

HA!!!, I didn't realize you were gonna post the video of my car doing that. THATS AWESOME!!! Thank you for putting me on the web. Its hard for me to post pics of my car online and all that fun stuff so I don't do it. Thanks bro. Did you get any engine bay pics? . Unfortunately I didn't have my camera and the only photos were of my car. Which figures because I can take millions of photos of that sitting in the driveway haha.

october 15th? That is the day of the dsm evo sti wrx shootout at englishtown. Ill be there There is a local autocross event near me however september 25th.

A guy was in the shop today read the whole vega ad....Whips out his phone full of photos of a 320i bmw he did a 350 in. You'd love it.

pp&l electric utilities parking lot. rt 715 in reeders pennsylvania. Its about 10 minutes from camelback ski area and the crossings. if your interested shoot me a pm about it. Im still waiting to find out if this event will be rain or shine

350 swapped beemers are coming out more often. Out in ohio at the shootout a guy had a 4g swapped into a beemer. It was pretty quick.

I lucked out, Bingo's and my house 0 inches my garage where the cars are got an inch in one bay.

However, a block away from my house linear (not actual street) the water stopped and was about 10 ft deep, it was about 10 feet everywhere around here that was unprotected by the levee. The damage is unreal all over the place.

I am not sure. I'm in need of a DSM meet @ my garage getting the gsx back on the road haha. There can be free hoagies and beverages provided there too.

Glad to hear everything survived. Are you guys driving around selling hoagies like how the business did back in the day? Its unreal for me to think of how just a block from you the water was 10ft deep meanwhile you have nothing. What all is needed to get the gsx on the road? How is the green beast treating you? If you find out the differences and simularities between wiring harnesses there are a few 2g turbo autos sitting up at harrys. Might fix some of your fan catching on fire issue.

Rob @ "FIGS" is up in hazelton. Hes known as the local dsm shop. Does all sort of dsm builds/ partouts and basically specializes in 2g dsm. Im thinking the meets will start up full swing come spring time. Other wise the only other meets are monday nights in stroudsburg either at the lowes/ kohls parking lot or the stroud mall/ roomstore/neds parking lot. Sometimes we get kicked out and other times were allowed to stay.

I'd love to be able to lend a hand on your dsm issues but I just dont have the time. I have several dsms under my belt. 2 for myself, 2 for my fiance, and several of my friends cars. What kind of problems are u having ?

Boost leak... a serious one. Cant seem to get it fixed. I dont have a boost leak tester. I replaced all the side mount intercooler piping and I replaced the BISS o-ring and I sealed the gaskets for the throttle body. Also have some idling issues. Just need someone to look it over and tell me what I need to fix I can handle the rest on my own as far as the actual fixing goes. I just have a huge headache with this car!

Fuel injector o rings are also a common leak. You'll really need to build a tester because u even though coulpers and clamps are new and tight doesnt mean they are sealed up 100% How did u seel the throttle body? did u also replace the seals on the throttle body shaft?

I used RTV Gasket maker just until I can get new seals. As far as the throttle body shaft seal, I didnt know there was one. I thought it was just the 2 gaskets on both ends of it.
