Hi everybody at the moment I am attemping to fix my car and these are one of the last things I need to do.

As you may have seen I have a transmission thread.

I made a rear suspension thread and got some help, but no one replied recently.
So I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge of Control Arm Upper bushing?

Here is a link to my previous post.

I found out that the noise got worse when I put my rear strut bar on.
So I had a friend put his weight about the rear fender area. Put my finger next to the Upper control arm bushing and I felt the pressure and heard it Squeak.

So now I want to fix the bushing. Looking for as much information as possible.
Possibly someone who has experience can tell me what part I need? or what tools?

I saw a few videos on YouTube that involved torching the bushing to remove it and a saw and chisel to take the sleeve out.

Thank you for your time San Diego Community!

Also here is a link of the noise. I was in the back seat and took a video of the noise. http://imageshack.us/clip/my-videos/39/2dvvptyiywtettrmuvwqbe.mp4/
