I have 91 Talon. The first problem I am having is when I put the key in and turn the ignition, the starter engages and doesn't wanna shut off even after I take the key out. Second issue is it has no spark. I have read to check the CAS and MPI. What else should I be looking at. I wanna hit it all at once.

Either the starter solenoid is getting stuck or the ignition switch is sticking< but doubtful.
Check the black/yellow wire down @ the solenoid while cranking.
You can also disconnect the connector to the nuetral safety if your auto, or the 4 wire connector to the solenoid if your 5 speed & test there.

Have seen solenoids stick before specially from prolonged cranking.

For no spark have you seen if there are any codes in the ECU?
