Newbie in Riverton looking for some DSM help

So I just got a Talon TSI and I am going through quite the learning curve with these turbocharged inline four engines. Especially since I my last car was a Mustang .

I'm looking for someone in the Salt Lake Valley who likes DSM's who wouldn't mind spending a few hours just kinda showing me around the engine and under the hood. I will definitely pay and be very appreciative haha. There are few things I need to do to my car, but I am having trouble because these engines are confusing as hell.

I am also looking for someone to powder coat my valve cover and install a boost gauge.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! $$$
