I have a problem that's bothering me for at least a few years.

Whenever I lap a few 20 min sessions I bust after 3-4 sessions my exhaust manifold gasket.
I must have change the gasket at least 10 times.

I found that no support of the DP is probably my problem as I shake intensively the car when lapping.

Is there ANY kind of MAnifold and turbo bracket support existing? I'm tired of this and would like a good spooling turbo to have goos 20 min sessions.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

HEre a picture of the car lapping at ICAR, a track at an airport location. I love this track...

I haven't seen any bracket on the market that would help you. I know Greg Collier fabbed up a bracket to help support the downpipe to the front of the engine block. You could try doing something like that. I know I was planning on trying it too as a preventative measure.

maybe you just have a slightly warped manifold and that may cause your gasket to bust rapidly since some spots are getting more pressure than others. you might want to take a look at the exhaust gasket Remflex has to offer for our cars. check them out at remflex.com
