The following NASA regions are excluded from the drawing: Mid-Atlantic, Texas, and Northeast. If you are a winner in those regions you will have to travel to another region to claim your prize.


Boooo! Figures that the two that I'd participate in are excluded, especially after filling out the form. Oh well, I'll send it in anyway and hope for the best!
