Lug Nuts they tryed jacking my rims

how do I take these lug nuts off?
They tryed stealing my rims, did some major damage to the lug nut
any suggestions?

A tire shop can get those right off. Probably best to not be discussing "how" on the web.

Next time, put 2 or 3 lockers on each wheel.
