Can't Control boost!

Allright Ive searched and read alot of post. I have an externaly dump tube on my RNR O2 eliminator turbo back. They say to rid boost control problems get a ported O2 housing i have the RNR 3 inch one and i have an EvoIII manifold. I can't control boost once so ever. What do I need to do to control it? Get a external wastegate and cut off my flapper? If so what size wastegate would i need for the stock 14B? But i plan on upgrading soon to a much better flowing turbo I dont fell like buying a bigger wastegate down the road.

Ok, did u say external wastegate on a 14b?

What are u trying to use to control boost, and how is it hooked up.
Int wastegated 14b is very effective. Tell us exactly how it is!

No my O2 housing is RNR's and its an external dump.

Im using a MBC to control boost.
All i want to know is if i need to get a wasegate or not? even with the stock turbo.
