I've tried everything in vfaq,,idle surge HELP

I have HIGH IDLE @ about 2000rpm at start and then 1200 to 1500 when warm. I checked the vfaq and I have done every idea they have, checked the oms on my ISC motor and all 4 were fine, I even installed a new ISC just in case, I even installed another entire throddle body off my gst that idlrs perfect. I blocked off the EGR, and even installed a rebuilt ECU and a brand new Mass. Just to let you know I also did new plugs,wires and a new coil pack. O-yea I have checked the Biss and o ring and they are normal.
It seems I have run out of options so I am really guessing now, my dipstick keeps poping out and I have replaced the stick and pcv valve so I think I may have another prob there, could my bad idle and the dipstick be related. ANY ADVISE PLEASE.

I do not have a compression tester, I will buy one in the morn and let you know. If I do have a compression problem Do you think that could be my rough idle problem?

Well I fixed my high idle, you know it is always some stupid easy little thing right in front of you, all I had to is adjust the bolts on my throddle cable bracket. I still have a rough,exhaust poping, idleing so crappy just not high now.
