well, like the topic says, i broke my gauge pod. we were almost done installing my boost gauge and the door closed on the pod that was hanging by the wires and it broke along the top part of the pod. i crazy glued it back together and it seems to have set up alright, and since im not using that pod at the moment, its ok. i was wondering if anyone knows how i might be able to reinforce that part of the pod. thanks!

For plain repair, most pods are made of plastics that respond well with acryllic glue- if you have a TAP Plastics shop near you, they'll have just the stuff. For a strong repair, rough it up and JB Weld it from the back. If you want to get crazy about it, embed some fiberglass cloth or even some window screen in the epoxy.

i roughed it up and jb welded like you said, and it seems to be setting up pretty nice. thanks for the tip. one of us needs to write this up and submit it to the tech articles.
