Philadelphia,
Hey everyone. I posted a question under "Valve Cover Removal" that maybe I should have posted in a separate thread. I am trying to polish my valve cover. I am using 320 grit wetordry sand paper to get the imperfections out and then I am using Blue Magic to polish it. It's coming out very nicely but I need advice on polishing the grooves and between the letters. Any advice? Thanks!

First of all 320 is real course you should try 600,then1000,and finally 1500. Then use rubbing compound and then polish. as for the letters and lines use a dremal or rotory tool.
Or you could have it powdercoated and save a lot of future maintinance (polising every couple of weeks) I polished mine and it gets dirty quik with oxidation I'm having mine powdercoated this winter.
