Car Doesn't Turn OFF!!

Ok i took out the battery so i could change it. Put in the new one so i could make sure the alternator is bad. Well, i get into the car to start it and i noticed that the turbo timer and the vpc lights are on with out the key in. Kinda blew it off so i start the car up to see if the alternator is bad. Then i go to turn off the car some reason and it wont turn off. The turbo timer counts down then it hits zero and the car wont turn off. Then the turbotimer starts the countdown over again and once again it doesnt turn off. So, i turn off the turbo timer and turn the key off and yet again no reasults.

Good thing the alternator is bad cause finally it died

Anyone have any clue of what it could be??

Does it eventually just turn off?

What turbo timer and have you tried disconnecting it?

The car turned off when the battery died.

Blitz - Havent tried to disconnect it yet

Dsconnect it and let me know what happens.
