car bucks at steady throttle and stalls at idle

ok so i am goin down the road and if i hold the gas at a steady rpm my car will like buck only when building boost. For instance im on the freeway goin 70 everything is cool till i ask for about a pound or 2 of boost for more then 4 seconds and it will buck. its kinda hard to explain so here it goes, it acts like its choked either to much fuel or not enough air but if i floor it it goes away and pulls like nuthin is wrong. So far i have went throughout my entire ic piping twice. I made sure there werent any leaks and just to be sure i used a lil rtv on the gaskets,inbetween the tb and the intake mani, and inbetween the tb and s pipe and around the bov and now the damn thing will barely idle. when it was in the garage i started it up, and everything seemed fine it idled at like 1200 till i got warm then settled at 800 where it is supposed to. Then i back it out of the garage and push in the clutch to pull forward i have to make a 3 point turn to get out, and the idle goes from 1200-1300 to 800 normal idle well that right there is an improvement usually when i push in the clutch it drops to like 400 then bounces to 800. So i was thinking wow maybe its gone so i drive through my neighbor hood and pull out on the highway get goin and hold it at 30% throttle and hit about 70 and it stays there then there is a lil incline, i start to go up it and it starts doing it all over again. Then i come up to my turn and push in the clutch the thing nearly died and never picked back up again it just kept idling rough at 200rpms. So that is my story and i have ran out of things to think of to try and cure my problem.

LIL Summary:
Car runs like crap at partial throttle when attempting to build boost under 5 psi.
Replaced 02 sensor due to the fact it was sticking.
checked and went through all ic pipes and used sum rtv in applicable places.
Checked for any bad wires ripped insulators signs of arching etc.
Problem isnt cured and now barely idles.

ngk bpr7es and my mods are in my profile but i have full ic pipes 3inch turbo back exhaust ported mani and 02 new oem 02 sensor crushed 1g bov ported14b dsmlink walboro 255 etc just some other lil stuff the only thing i can think of is when i installed my 14b i didnt use a install kit i just bought a j pipe all necessary gaskets and ss oil line i used my 2g oil return and redrilled the holes to the size of the gasket. When i did this im almost sure i got it perfect but if i didnt could it cause the bucking from oil backing up in it not gettin to get out fast enough. well any help would be much appreciated also do u think it could be my mas.
