14b oil/water lines info needed NOW!

Having trouble g etting these so a friend who works on these suggested we go have some custom made at a place called Industrial Rubber and have some custom made. Does this sound viable?

If so, what size, length, and what size does each end need to be on an oil feed line and the coolant supply line (NOT the upside down U shaped one, the other one)??

Also, what bolts type/size will it need on each end of these?

Need this info ASAP!

I would use the proper metal hoses & new crush washers at the banjo fittings on the ends of the hoses, all of which would be availble from almost any turbo-shop online or mitsu dealer. Seems like it's way too hot at the turbo for rubber hoses, you could lose all your oil & fry your motor in a heartbeat or 2.
