DP bolt

Anyone know the stock size of the bolt that goes from the o2 housing to the DP? Or should i just find any large bolt and see if it fits?

You mean thread size? That I dont know but its a 17mm nut if thats what you are looking for.

Think a hardware bolt can stand the heat? or should I just go to the dealer?

It shouldnt even be a bolt. The O2 housing should have studs that stick down through the flange on the DP and then nuts. You can buy high temp nuts and bolts at most hardware stores.
