I have a 99 Gst Spyder, and every moring and everytime the car sits for a hour or more then car cranks for a while then its starts and i cant find out whats the problem, and i would be greatful if yall can help thanx

i have changed the fuel pump, its a napa fuel pump and the only reason i got that is because i needed it like right away, and the last mod i did on my car is the intake

Well, usually 75 percent of the time when you have a problems is something you just messed with. Did you just put the intake in? If so, I go double check the intake install you made.

What I am guessing is you didn't plug in all the sensors to the intake that you disconnected in order to put in a new intake. Also if the intake isnt on really tight, the car wont start.

So you defintely should check the intake where it connect to the t25 turbo and where the intake connects to the MAS. Tighten those clamps up.

Thats one solution.
Also how long has your car been doing this? Has it been happening ever since the new fuel pump because that seems really likely that the fuel pump wasnt installed tightly with the fuel pump O-Ring. If it wasnt from the fuel pump then its your intake. If its not your intake, its your battery dying and you should get a new one.

hi buddy had the same problem its your crank sensor on back of vale cover,80 dollars for new one!!!!!!!!! your welcome.

Check your coolant temp sensor as well. Do you have a check engine light? I knocked mine off and it gave me hell for about a month b4 i figured out what it was. I'd say just replae it mine was only $25ish at autozone.
