Cold weather = timing belt screech

ok now that this cold weather is here, every time i start up my car, my timing belt screeches like hell.... i only have like 73,000 miles on my car and the belt was changed at 60,000..... i have the belt lubicrant but it only does a temp fix and the screeching just comes right back... is there anything i can do to stop this? whats causing this?

No, no, no! it's not your timing belt they don't "screeches" It's you alternator, A/C and or power steering belt. These are all adjustable.
