Failed Emission!

well i passed the visual and functional check test but failed the emissions test. passed the 25mph test but failed the 15mph.

here are the results


15 mph

max-87...i got 151

CO
max-0.51....i got 0.45

NO(ppm)
max 701....i got 1194

i put back my stock intake and recirculated prior to the test...what can i do to lower my HC and NO? put my stock cat back on?
and i bought some of that guaranteed to pass bottle. does running the car until the tank is nearly empty really work?

I just failed mine today as well. And my car is 100% stock. Any idea what the problem could be?

Always ask for a pre-smog test. this will tell you if your car will pass smog the second time.
