boost drop with rev increase

i have a basically stock 95 tsi fwd with air intake and free mods on it. when i'm pushin 3k rpms my boost slowly drops down. i'm not slammin the gas down just slowly goin up but i'm losing psi. i checked for leaks and it looks good. any ideas?? thanks guys

Yeah. Your engine is outrunning your turbo. The blower only puts out so much air. The faster it goes, the more air the engine takes in. Eventually, the turbo can't keep up. Sooner than later with a T-25.
