power antenna problems

Hi, I have a 92 eclipse gs and I was having problems with my power antenna it wouldn't either go up or down it was stuck. So I decided to replace it with a used one that work and after hooking everything up and turning the car on the antenna wouldn't work. I was wondering since I have an aftermarket cassette player with a cd changer if there was something messed up after everything was installed. (The only thing that I could see that wasn't making it work with the old antenna was it wasn't going down all the way so after I turned my radio off i pushed on it lightly enough to where it would go down and it wouldn't go up after i did this) After installing the other antenna though I was wondering if there was some kindof relay under hood or somewhere else or even just something wrong with the wiring. If you can help me out in anyway i'd really appriciate thanks.

if you have a power antenna..and have a aftermarket cd player you need to hook up the remote power wire to the antenna wire from the the harness..
