B16G Turbo conversion. Done. But having problems

I've had my conversion done for about maybe a monthe or so. Until yesterday it ran fine. Im set at 10psi. It used to spike to 14 but it quit. Now maybe about 3-4 times a day it wont boost at all. It probally isnt even pushing 6-7 psi. Im sure there isnt a leak. What else could it be? Would something be wrong with my turbo? Its a Big16G. Any help will be very appreciated.

I would check the wastegate actuator. If the arm has come off the wastegate flapper, the flapper can stay open which will not allow you to build boost.
