Driving down the road after no changes to the electrical system recently, my battery and parking brake light surge. I look at my Apexi turbo timers volatge meter and it shows 15.9. So I check my fuel pump rewire and it turns out that after getting my fuel pump replaced they put the relay connections in the wrong place. So I replace the relay and fix the connections. Problem is still there. I change out batteries, problem still there. Here are the circumstances, power surges under 2k rpms and when I let of the thottle. The voltage does not surge at idle but the interior lights do flicker. I checked the alternator fuse and its fine. I also get power drops as well as low as 11.9 randomly when driving. I know that my alternator was replaced by the previous owner and its a rebuilt one. Could it be a bad internaly volatge regulator? And the alternator is not loose either. And my battery holds a good charge. Another symptom is that when I put load on the electrical system(either by turning on the headlights or turning on the fan) the problem does not ever happen, no surges no drops. This is so frustrating! Any advice would be so helpfull.
