Well I just got a new turbo put on by slowboy racing a 20G.

Ever since my car doesnt want to start. I takes a few cranks to start, then it Idles horrible. I cant even use the gas to hold the RPM's up, it just stalls. After about 5 minutes of running, (if I cant get it run that long) it will run fine. After it warms up it will run fine.

Any clue what might be wrong?

How big are your fuel injectors? Fuel pump? How are you controlling those fuel injectors? What is your fuel pressure? When was the last time your fuel filter was replaced?

Well the boost is only set at 14psi,
I have the stock 450 inj, stock fuel pump, Fuel pressuse it 40psi, fuel filter has about 1k miles on it.

The problem only happens when I start it up after its been sitting a while. After it runs for about 5 minutes it seems fine, it just getting it to run long enough to get warmed up.

Its not giving me any kind of CEL.

I still havent figured out whats wrong. When I try to start the car it will crank over, but it takes about 3 or 4 times before it will start. The car still trys to die for about the first 5 minutes, and if I drive it it sounds like its misfiring.

any clues from this info?

Im having the same problem. Test your battary connection and alternator. Thats where my problems are stemming from. I think my car is having some major electrical problems. When I start it my voltmeter only read 10 volts but I checked everything. New batt, new alt, new fuses, new starter, no clue. Let me know what happens to your car.
