Bad idle and jumping while driving

I have a 91 Laser with a 90 Eclipse block and 91 accessories. When I carank it up in the morning it idles fine, but after it warms up it jumps from 1000 rpms to 1500 rpms. And when I'm driving down the road it will start jumping. Someone told me that it could be the IAC. Is that right?

i think it would be the isc motor cause miens abd and i buck will deaccelerating and bad idle also go on vfaq.com and go to intake and do the test for the isc see if its dead
