Durham,
i did a compression test and i have 0 comp in the 1 cylinder and the surrounding ones have 150ish.

wtf did i do to my car

did i bend a valve or send a hole through the piston????

Could be either one of those possibilities. I lost compression in cylinder #1 while driving and the car felt and sounded like a deisel truck when it was running. Turned out i melted an exhaust valve for cylinder #1. The car still ran but like crap.. The only way to know for sure is to pull the head off. and in order to fix it that will have to be done anyway..

Good luck.

Pull the valve cover off. Most times when the valve hits the piston, it will knock the rockers clean off and they will just be lying in the head.
