Turbo or head gasket problem

My car is giving off whitish grey-blue smoke at idle. My oil pressure gauge reads low even though i just did an oil change. The intercooler piping has a little oil in it and the car looses horsepower at high levels of boost. Basically everything in my car is stock. Just hoping if somebody could tell me if these problems are all related and what the problem(s) might be, or if there are any other tests i should do to figure this out. From my research Im guessing that i either have a blown turbo seal or headgasket problem and im hoping to do a compression test soon.

Check for the milkshake in the oil pan. If you have that it's a headgasket.
