I was driving the other day and all of a sudden the car dies out. It wont start back up. Fuel pressure gauge reads 0psi.

I check the inline fuse (as the walbro is wired directed to the battery 12v) and its popped. I replace the fuse and it pops again.

I replace the walbro pump with a new one, Fuse still pops.

What could be popping the fuses on the pump? the only thing i havent swapped yet was the relay used for the pump. Could this be bad?

I also have an AEM but im sure that has nothing to do with any of it.

anyone?

How many amp fuse are you using? It may be too small. Run the car with an ammeter inline where the fuse goes and see how many amps the pump is pulling. Determine the size of fuse needed this way. I don't know readings, but let's just say your ammeter reads 4A. I'd probably put a 10A in. However, power will go up with RPM's because the fuel is in higer demand. If it pope, go to a 15A. Trial and error. Just go too big where it won't pop and melt something.

Walbros can use up to 20amps of power. I have a 25amp fuse in there and it still pops. :(

You need to give it a margin to where the pump can operate. If it's operates up to 20 amps, try a 30 perhaps. The pump is going to be using a lot of power and it could possibly be that after a while the fuse gets hot enough to where it pops. A motor always uses more power when starting. Then the power required becomes less. If it were mine, I'd use a 30AMP Bosch relay and wire it that way. That's how I have my 1G and I haven't had any problems. I'm also using the 190LPH.
