Really Need Some Some Pro Help Asap Plz

after i bought the item the seller told me that the car had a fire and the end took some damage.. here is all the info i have(these are just the emails he wrote me)

"the other engine burned the front clip up so just about the entire front end is burnt and some of the interior is singed"

"well the total engine was ruined, rear mount i wouldn't trust because it probably was compromised in the fire, and the fender and hood were damaged from an axe the fire dept used to pry the hood open"

"the block does not appear to be "crankwalked" I have no idea whether anything is wrong with it. (it appears to be fine) and all four cylinders feel fine"

judgein from the pics on ebay and the emails does this block look/sound like it could be used?LMK ASAP plz

He told you something that was not disclosed in the auction AFTER you bought it?

Don't pay for it. Report to eBay. Who knows what else is wrong with it.

yeah it didnt say anything in the auction about a fire.

i asked if it was in good shape with nothing wrong with it and he wrote back saying something about a fire and thats how i found out.could the fire have messed the block up?
