OK on my original 2g intake manifold there is a hose going from the intake manifold (one of the runners I believe) to the valve cover/pcv is....is the air coming from the intake manifold boosted air? Or is the intake manifold making vacuum at that point somehow?

The reason I ask- My custom intake manifold doesn't have that in the same spot so I need to know if it is pressure or vacuum.

so you are saying that it is vacuum then??
if it is vacuum where should I get the vacuum from since my new intake manifold doesn't have that .

I dont think its really either... it lets out the air if there is some excess pressure in the engine, otherwise, its closed so nothing can get in that hole. I guess, we'll have to wait for someone to reply with a sheetmetal intake mani.

basically what I was trying to get at is my new intake manifold is different and I was wondering exactly what to do with the hose that comes off of the valve cover....
