clogged injectors..

ok.. ive already searched, so can anyone tell me what the symptoms of a clogged injector would be...also, can anyone tell me how to test them to see if they are clogged..or how to unclog them aside from using fuel injector cleaner etc.... any help would be great... thanks

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead ... but obviously I have been searching . I'm getting cylinder 3 misfires and I know it's not the plugs, wires, coilpacks, or ignition module ... that leaves me with injector or ecu ... I'm leaning towards injector. How can I tell if it's clogged or clean it out? My logger doesn't read injector pulse or duty cycle ( 2g ) so I don't know how to tell now. I have 650s and my low settings are only at -3 or so ... I figured it should be more like -15 so maybe this one isn't firing really and that's why I need so much fuel to make the O2 sensor happy?

fuel injector cleaner, or take them out and send them out to be flow tested.

To test to see if it is an injector start the car and one at a time pull the injector plug off each cylinder then put it back on until the car doesn't run any differnet, usual smyptoms are missing at idle and through the rpm range.
