Ok, I have never herd of this, So i am coming to yall for help..Here we go.
When I hit around 3500 RPM and/or 10PSI, I hear a loud fluttering sound, and it only does it when im building boost. I have checked, rechecked every hose. Everything is good and tight, Even done a pressure check. No leaks. I think it could be the plug wires failing at higher RPM's, but im not sure. It didnt do it till after the recent fuel pump rewire.
Mods: Fuel Pimp rewire, MBC, hacked air can, 7 CM housing, K&N, 1 step colder spark plugs. (NGK)
