95 tsi awd... installed intake pipe and 3 loose hoses, blowing wet black smoke...

I have a 95 Talon tsi awd, i jsut installed a dejon tool intake pipe and hooked everything up, three loose hoses from stock pipe, what do i need to do, the rev seems different, like boost dosent come till later, and i have also always been blowing wet black stuff from the exhaust. Any help would be great. Thanks

what mods do you have?

and what 3 hoses are disconnected?
is your bov recirculating?
