Hard grind going into only 1st and reverse, usually only when its cold out like int he morning and it usually only does it once, like right when i first move. Last night was the worst, its it usually just a split second grind but i had to park and went in reverse and it was a loud and longer grinding , moreso then before. friend some maybe syncros located in a gear box, sure enough idk what those are:thumb:

best thing to do for now is to drain and then refill your gear oil, Try BG syncroshift or GM syncromesh. They might help the grinding. Also try adjusting shifter cables. Other then that I can only think of syncros. Sorry... Might be time for a rebuild.
