Low to No O2 Voltage at WOT!

Car warms up, while cruising, the O2 voltage cylces normal ranging from .94V down to .12V (I believe). The car idles, again, the O2 Voltage cyles normal. This problem only occurs at WOT. When mashing the throttle, the O2 voltage falls between 0.00V and 0.08V and stays there until I let off the throttle. Now sometimes when I don't mash the throttle but rather accelerate slowly until full throttle, the O2's don't drop.

Also, the car does not starts the first time you crank it. Will always on the second time.

i dont know about your starting problem, but w/ the whole o2 thing i'd check your sensor it self maybe its faulty... another thing that i'm not overly sure on, do youhave the heatshield on your manifold? i dont have mine, and i wasnt sure if the intense heat at times could do anything to the sensors wiring which is somewhat closeby... not too sure... but yeah i'd check the sensor.
