Ok last night i was driving around and some kid in a Lancer OZ was trying to play with me soo i dropped it down to 2nd gear and took off for about a second then my tires broke free and then all of a sudden i feel loss of power the car dosen't wanna go.
So i'm thinking man i fried a ring or ate a valve, so i'm reving the car up, i get no boost and no BlOw off. Turned off into the McDonalds i'm inspecting my turbo, theres no oil leaking from the intake side. So i'm like ok the motor is hot and its late at night i'll check it in the morning.
I walk out to the car today i undo my intake hose and i'm looking at the turbo nothing still all polished, soooo i was thinking if i sezied it, the turbine wouldn't spin, so i reach in and spin the turbine, spins freely no shaft play or anything its not getting hung up on anything either. So i'm basicly lost, I looked at the bar to the wastegate its still attached everything looks normal.
My guess is that maybe the acuator is screwed and not closing the wastegate? I rev up my motor the bar dosen't even move. I wish i could ride on my hood to see if it opens but thats not safety first

If my theory is right i'll be glad that it didn't just undo fully
i'd hate to run 99psi. BTW there wasn't a boost spike it hit 10psi on my autometer and 14 on stock so..... i dunno
