electrical power outage

i have a gs with a turbo aftermarket. i have been having a problem with no power to anything. not even my doom lite. i have had this happen to me before and i fixed it by sanding the grounds but did not work this time. i think it is my ecu that is font of my left front strut but not sure. please help need to fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

found problem off of fuse boxs under the hood the wire was croded from to much heat. The wire was going into my fuse box in the car it was the main power and there was a lot of heat in that wire but i got it fixed.
