5th gear 45 mph car cuts out, Misfire?

drivin the car home today and in 5th gear at about 2000 rpms the car randomly cuts out and sounds like 2 cylinders aren't fireing, car wont pick up speed and just overall runs like ass. It does this off and on. Im not hearing any clicking from the ecu because has new caps.

and Im getting code 44 (2.0L Only) Ignition coil, ignition power transisitor unit.

How much does the Ignition unit cost? I dont think it is the coils because the car goes back and forth from running like ass to running like it should

A friend of mine had the same symptoms when his coils were in the process of dying. I do not know the price for a new one.
