replaced head gasket

I posted about white smoke coming out of the engine dipstick.Since then I replaced the headgasket.The car started up fine after the swap.One of the reason for me replacing the headgasket was because I noticed a oil leak that was coming from somewhere inside the timing belt cover. After the swap the leak is still there.I cant see where its coming from because I put back the timing belt cover after the swap....Next thing I noticed was that the white smoke was still coming out of the dipstick,just not as strong.and the car was still idling kind of funny.

Timing might be off a little. Also, have you done a compression test? It could be valve seats or piston rings. Leak in the timing area is probably valve cover gasket.
