weird idle by s-afc????

Ok i installed my S-afc II and made sure all wires were hooked up correctly. I took the pins off vfaq and hooked them up like the manual said. Now when i start my car it doesnt idle. It jumps up and down between 500rpm and 1000rpms. This is really annoying! Also my check engine light is on? Can someone help me out here. What did i do wrong?

did you set it for Karman air sensor?

yes i did

yes i did set it for Karmen sensor type. 2 cylinders so the rpms would be right. Up slanted arrow for the throttle. So my car doesnt idle, check engine light is on, and also my damn A/F gauge is working backwards!!

I've got mine set for 4 cylinders.. try that

i tried that first and it still did it and the rpms were off.

Double check ALL your wiring.

I found the reason. It was with the wiring. Thanks for all the comments guys
