ok what did I do..today I got my euro lights and I installed them everything seemed to be fine expect they were a pain to install..I first tested one light by turning on my parking lights I seemed to work all fine (driver side euro, passanger side OEM) anyways so I installed the passanger side and then I went to turn on my parking lights and all my dash lights went out as well as my parking lights..a friend came over and helped me out with it and he was stumped I kept blowing fuses all the time (rear taillight fuse under the hood fuse box..number 15 fuse) so what did I do how can I fix this every time I put I fuse in it blows can anybody help me?!?!?! thankz ~Dustin(Eclipse95)

get rid of that rice! that will fix all your problems you will ever have in your life! rice hurts all eyes that see it!

but on the helpful side, you have a bad ground somehwere....a wire or two are crossed and are sending the power directily back through the system. check your wires and your grounds...simple enough i say...but seriously, get rid of the rice. no one likes it.

I hope you know how to use a test light. Youre just gonna have to get a wiring diagram from a chilton manual and follow the wires. check for voltage every where you can until you find out where it cuts out. Heres an example

+ -----[]-------------[]---------------[]----------------------------[]-----------------------{===}
^bat ^fuse box ^connector a ^connector b ^connector c tail light^

Lets say you have voltage at the battery, fuse box, and connector a. Once you test at connector b, you have nothing. The problem is going to be between a and b. Check your grounds too. If you have a bad ground wire, nothing is going to work. Make sure you have the brake pedal depressed when checking the wiring so you have voltage going into the wires.

Your problem sounds like you have a positive wire connected to ground. Either find the problem or run new wires. the first option is a better one just in case you were wondering.

Check for a brake/taillight combination bulb not being properly seated in its socket. They're dual filament, and the tits on the sides of the bulb base are offset so they'll only go in one way. If you get one backward, you can short the contacts.
