right turns thump thump

i have a problem maybe u guys can give me some ideasbefore i go and look at it......

when i turn the wheel right (while the car is moving) somethings is knocking like thump thump thump it almost sounds hollow. It happens even when im merging lanes to the right...
when i hit the brakes it seems to go away but i havent not really tested the breake theory very much because i didn't want to break it on the way home but it seems to make the noise go away.... it also seems to be comin from the front passenger side wheel .....please heLP!

It just started today when i was on the highway so i came home as soon as i started hearing it...thanks for the help guys any suggestions will be appreciated

Sounds to me like your axle. Check the boot and see if there are any tears in it.

ill check that.......i just looked and also noticed that my right tire is more worn than the left......

If the tire is worn, then check the lower ball joint instead.
