so im thinking about buying this 93 FWD talon TSi with 113,xxx miles on it. ne way the problem, he says that it has a clutch problem and dosent want to start all the time. what i am wondering is if it its worth my time to go check out or not. i dont mind workin on carz, i like to accually. oh and he wants like $2300 if i did go for this car id prolly try and talk him down to $1800-1900. should i go check it out or save a few more pennies and get the runnig 92' talon Tsi AWD that is really close to my house (6 miles) but $3000? i really want AWD but wouldnt mind FWD

By the AWD if it has less mileage. If the car has hard starting it could be a lot of different things...if it is a clutch problem, then it could be the clutch engagement safety sensor.

yea i kinda thought it was the sensor.... but if it was sumthing else then i wouldnt wanna be like all workin on the car in the guys drive way. but the AWD has bout the same amount of miles on it, and i like the color of the AWD, grey(gun metal) with black top, i think im gonna go ahead and get the AWD so i can have a car to drive right away.....god i hope it will be there for a while cuz i dont got the cash right now!

thanx,
-Kevin
