ok Fist a lil desc of the mods i have(isn't much) on my 96 Eagle Talon Tsi : Air Filter, MBC, O2 housing w/External Dump, Test Pipe.... and well that's it

Prob: I increased boost to 13½-14(high as it'll get) and the higher i get in RPM's the lower the boost goes. It eventually hits 7 as i hit redline.

Now i was told that i shouldn't hear my O2 housing dump untill i hit max boost then the wastegate will open? is that's true then i got a prob with that cause it opens at just as i get boost.

I need to know where to start so i can narrow this down, or if u know what it is even better

well sounds like you do have a boost leak.... DUH! hee hee

Ok first thing regarding your wastegate dump. I have an HKS 40mm external and I start to hear it at 10 lbs of boost. Its not rare that you will hear something at low boosts cause well when you first start off you said it was 13 to 14lbs right?

Your leaking boost somewhere. The few spots I would check are as follows:

1. Check and make sure all your manifold to turbo bolts are tight. Had a guy come down to the local shop and his were all loose causing his car to run poorly.

2. Do you have a FMIC? See if you have a leaky IC or coupling. Its been known to happen and can be fixed with a new coupler and some hair spray.

3. Make a leak tester and listen for leaks and do one at a time till there are no more leaks.

4. You could have a bad MBC. Borrow a friends and see if that fixes the problem.

Good luck and let me know if that helps.

When you test for leaks get a bottle of soapy water, spray it on areas where you MIGHT be leaking. If it is leaking, you will see bubbles form up!

#1 done
#2 No FMIC, but dunno about the IC coupling.... and wow hair spray actually help seal it up with a new coupler? neat...
#3 doing this tomorrow, we'll see how that comes out, if all tests well i'll chk the IC coupling i guess : (
#4 i've swaped out MBC's and made sure mine is sealed very well, it takes 2 pliers to adjust it, LOL... sealed it up a lil tight, but not like i even adjust it

thx for the info, if none of it works i'll post again
