I have a problem with my 98 Mits eclipse. Yesterday I decided to change my Tranny fluid (manual tranny), and my fuel filter. So i Did the tranny pretty fast, and of course took a little longer on that fuel fitler. Never the less we got every thing on, and connected everything back up. Then as i go and procceed to turn on my car, I put the key on the acc mode i have power but as soon as i turn to crank the car It made a spark and lost power. After that it doesnt get full power. For example I have a spyder and i turn on one of the interior lights it goes on, but i soon as i turn on the other light they dim really low. I also left the key in the acc position then start hearing and seeing my indiglow guages clicking. Does that mean anything. If anyone could help out on this one I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your time and sorry it was so long, but i wanted to give a pretty good description of what was wrong.
Thats great.. Props on that, many try few suceed. Did you let the pump run for awhile to put fuel back into the filter and the lines? i dont know how long. Just check all your connections, Check your batterys terminals clamps are tight.
